All applicants must be 18+ at the time the season starts. The exact start dates can vary slightly depending on the specific job, however for Lapland this is generally the beginning of November, for our ski roles, generally you will start at the end of November and for our summer jobs you will generally start in May.
For the majority of our ski jobs, you are required to hold either an EU passport (this no longer includes the UK), residency in the country you wish to work in, or an appropriate visa allowing you to work in the EU. For roles available to UK passport holders, successful applicants will be supported through the required visa process. Please check the individual role summaries for the associated right to work requirements.
For our Santa's Lapland jobs we can accept applications from UK and EU passport holders. Please note if you are applying with a UK passport you will be required to have the appropriate number of Schengen days available for the duration of the Lapland season. For successful candidates we will help you with the visa process.
For Our Inghams Lapland short season roles we can accept applications from UK and EU passport holders. Please note if you are applying with a UK passport you will be required to have the appropriate number of Schengen days available for the duration of the Lapland season.
For our Inghams Lapland 7 night jobs you are required to hold either an EU passport (this no longer includes the UK), residency in Finland, or an appropriate visa allowing you to work in Finland.
For our Inghams Walking jobs, you are required to hold either an EU passport (this no longer includes the UK), residency in the country you wish to work in, or an appropriate visa allowing you to work in the EU.

Skiing and Snowboarding is not a requirement for our jobs, it is just one of the many perks of working in the mountains or lapland!
Yes of course you can. While previous seasonal experience can be beneficial it is not essential.
If you haven't worked a season before it is an amazing experience!
Yes, work hard in the winter and the opportunities will be their to continue onto a summer role.
Find the job which you are interested in and feel match your skill set, and complete the application form, this includes uploading a current CV & cover letter. Our team aim to get back to all applications within 7 days.
The team will review all applications and will contact you within 7 days with further information. Successful applications will be invited for an interview. Depending on the role, this will be a 1 to 1 or group interview. These will take place via Microsoft teams.
You do not need to apply for multiple roles. As part of the application form you can let us know if their are other roles you are interested in, and our team of recruiters will also review all applications and contact you if their is a different role we feel is more suitable.

Yes of course. We recommend applying as early as possible to give the best chance as there are only limited positions in each resort. We ask you to apply individually, and fill in the section of the application form that asks if you are applying with someone.
Our contracts are seasonal and vary depending on the resort you are working in. General dates of the season are below:
Santa's Lapland- November to December
Inghams Lapland- November to February
Inghams Ski- November to April
You will be paid in euros into your bank account provided during the onboarding process. You will need an EU account which has a BIC & IBAN number.
