Benefits

All employees will receive what we would say is an industry leading, competitive salary! This will be paid in euros and enable you to gain valuable experience and maximise the benefits of your season!

As part of your employment package you will be provided with accommodation at no cost to you. This will either be shared with other Workaseason employees working in the same resort or separate depending on the role.

As part of your employment package you will be provided with either a travel allowance or we will arrange travel for you.

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work life balance to make sure you get the most out of working in the mountains or in Lapland and this includes time on the mountains. 

Friends and family will be entitled to discount on Inghams & Santa's Lapland holidays, so they can come out and visit.

We have both a Summer & Winter programme to offer opportunities for future work. This doesn’t have to be a one off!

Both online and in resort training provided for all staff to help you prepare and also progress during your season with us.

Santa’s Lapland delivers unforgettable Christmas experiences in the heart of Lapland, bringing festive magic to life in a snowy wonderland where guests meet Santa and his mischievous elves. Based in Saariselkä, Finland, over 200km above the Arctic Circle, our teams work in one of the most unique destinations in the world.

Working with Santa’s Lapland means being part of a close-knit team that plays a vital role in creating magical, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for guests throughout the Christmas season.
