Senior Destination Experts play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within the resort. In this role you would lead, support, and develop a team of Destination Experts, ensuring consistently high standards of service throughout the guest journey. The role combines hands-on guest interaction with people leadership and operational responsibility, serving as a link between the Destination Expert team, Resort Management, and head office.
Senior Destination Experts oversee day-to-day resort operations, including guest arrivals and departures, welcome meetings, in resort support, and the delivery of resort information and services. They support the scheduling of the Destination team, provide coaching and performance feedback, and act as the first point of escalation for guest issues, resolving concerns proactively and professionally. With a strong focus on service standards, Senior Destination Experts ensure brand, health and safety, and operational procedures are consistently followed, while contributing to continuous improvement of the guest experience.

- Proven experience in a Destination Expert role or similar

Chalet Managers play a crucial role in maintaining food safety, health and safety compliance, and brand standards across all assigned properties, while responding effectively to operational challenges and guest feedback. Our Chalet Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day operation and presentation of a single chalet property, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the guest stay. Acting as the onsite lead for the property, the role supports both the guest experience and the smooth coordination of catering, housekeeping and service tasks within the chalet.
The role typically involves overseeing chalet cleanliness and readiness, supporting and guiding Chalet Hosts, carrying out regular checks of guest and staff areas, and ensuring health and safety and brand standards are consistently met. Chalet Supervisors act as a key point of contact for reporting maintenance issues, supporting arrivals and departures, and ensuring any issues within the property are addressed promptly and professionally. Our Chalet Supervisors also act as the Destination Expert for the guests staying in the property. A description of this can be found above.

Our Airport Transfer Assistants support the smooth arrival and departure of guests by assisting with airport operations and ground transfers to and from resort. The role typically involves meeting arriving guests at the airport, helping manage luggage, directing customers to the correct transport, assisting coaches/drivers, and providing clear, friendly information to guests during what can be busy or time sensitive periods.
This role could be suitable for you if you have:
- Your own accommodation arranged in resort or plan to (we do not provide accommodation for this role)
- You are approachable, well organised and able to deal with a multitude of guest issues
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to work every Saturday during the season (inc. morning and evenings)
Our Destination Experts within the Inghams Walking programme are responsible for delivering a seamless, informative, and memorable holiday experience for guests throughout their summer stay in the Alps. Acting as the on the ground representative for Inghams, the role focuses on welcoming guests to resort, providing expert local knowledge, and supporting guests as they enjoy guided and independent walking holidays in our incredible resorts.
The role typically includes meeting and welcoming guests on arrival, delivering welcome meetings and resort information, assisting with check ins and guest queries, supporting transfers where required, and acting as the main point of contact throughout the guests’ stay. Destination Experts support guests with information about walking routes, excursions, and local facilities, as well as resolving any issues that may arise, finding quick and appropriate solutions. A strong focus is placed on guest care, safety awareness, and creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere that enhances the overall walking holiday experience.
This role could be suitable for you if you have:

The role typically includes meeting and welcoming guests at airports, delivering engaging welcome information tailored to Lapland’s unique environment and activities, assisting with check‑ins and general guest queries, supporting airport and resort transfers, and coordinating in‑resort events and optional excursions such as Northern Lights experiences, husky and reindeer safaris, and festive activities.

As a Senior Destination Expert, you’ll take a lead role in the guest facing experience. You will help coordinate airport duties, briefings, and resort information delivery, support Destination Experts, and ensure the smooth running of key touchpoints in the guest journey. You will act as a trusted point of escalation for queries, problem solving on the spot, and assisting in operational coordination during peak periods.
Assistant Resort Manager
As Assistant Resort Manager, you will support the Resort Manager in day to day operations, guiding the resort team, monitoring guest satisfaction, and ensuring activities, excursions, and transfers run safely and on schedule. You’ll assist in staff training, rota planning, welfare support, and liaising with suppliers, often acting as the operational backbone of the resort. This role requires strong decision making, calm leadership, and a hands on approach during busy winter days.
Resort Manager
The Resort Manager oversees the full delivery of the resort operation, leading and motivating the team to deliver a consistently high quality service.
