Benefits

All employees will receive what we would say is an industry leading, competitive salary! This will be paid in euros and enable you to gain valuable experience and maximise the benefits of your season!

As part of your employment package you will be provided with accommodation at no cost to you. This will either be shared with other Workaseason employees working in the same resort or separate depending on the role.

As part of your employment package you will be provided with either a travel allowance or we will arrange travel for you.

Friends and family will be entitled to discount on Inghams & Santa's Lapland holidays, so they can come out and visit.

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work life balance to make sure you get the most out of working in the mountains or in Lapland and this includes time on the mountains. 

We have both a Summer & Winter programme to offer opportunities for future work. This doesn’t have to be a one off!

Both online and in resort training provided for all staff to help you prepare as best as possible for your season.

Based in Saariselkä, Finland, over 200km above the Arctic Circle, our teams work in one of the most unique destinations in the world.
